With the SEIU 1021 Member Resource Center (MRC) you can speak one-on-one with a member of the SEIU 1021 staff who can assist you with your questions. The Member Resource Center is available to Local 1021 members from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Member Empowerment Academy
The Academy is SEIU 1021’s center for member education, skill building, and empowerment.
Our mission is to provide union members with knowledge, new skills, and resources to build and expand collective labor power.

Solving Problems On the Job
What is a grievance? Any worksite problem could be a grievance. All violations of the contract are grievances! If you question whether your situation is a grievance, contact your shop steward.
Stewards are assigned to assist in addressing problems members may have on a variety of issues. If you have a question regarding your rights on the job or other member related questions a steward may be able to help.
