Here’s what the County is telling us at the bargaining table:

  • NO additional union rights, like seniority rights, fair, consistent processes for discipline, due process and just cause protections
  • NO health and safety protections for all Alameda County workers
  • NO protections against AI use to replace, displace, or de-skill our jobs
  • NO consistent processes and rights for telecommunity
  • INADEQUATE pay vs. similar employers

It’s time to show the County that we’re fully united and we won’t stop until we get what we need to do our jobs for the community we love! Come help us picket so the County knows we’re serious.
