Proposals Update
The County’s main proposal so far: You should increase your contribution to health care!
Our proposals so far (and more are on the way!):
- Better wages across the board to address our staffing crisis and the brutal costs of living
- Developing affordable housing for county workers
- Adopting better progressive discipline protections in our contract
- Added holiday day
- Protections against discrimination, harassment, and bullying
- Increased longevity pay
- Job protections against AI
