WE are the union, and it takes all of us showing up! This is OUR contract, and these are OUR rights. Our bargaining team’s strength at the table comes from what we can make happen outside. 

The District is paying outside lawyers hundreds of dollars an hour to bargain against us. They’ve passed harmful proposals that would remove existing rights and protections from our contract.
