Alameda county continues to undermine the bargaining process five months after the contract expired. SEIU 1021 members are still fighting for a fair COLA, affordable healthcare, and more staff. We need to turn up the heat and get ready for a potential strike by showing up to the Board of Supervisors’ budget hearing at the end of this month to finalize the budget.
