B. Saudia Resignation Letter. Jeff will send out an email to recruit a replacement Concord steward.
C. Review previous meeting minutes. Eric will provide next time.

II. Standing items:
A. Treasurer's Report deferred
B. New Hire Orientation, has not been another new hire orientation since last
one.
C. RCEB Board Meetings. June 24 in Concord, Eric and Concord team will
cover this.

III. New Business
A. Steward Training discussed. Julio volunteered to put together a 30 min
training.
B. Officer Training: RCEB officers will let Julio know some good dates in June
after work for an officer training at the RCEB SL office.
C. San Leandro Threat discussed. This was discussed at LMC.
1. Member responses are being collated by Jeff.
2. Maria and Jeff with be meeting with Terri 5/31
3. Future tactics/actions: discussed possibility of a petition at next week's
general membership meeting which is prior to meeting with Terri. San
Leandro Police have not been very helpful historically in coming up with
threat protocol. Alisha suggested a chain of communication. Julio
suggested a flyer for members about this. Maria noted that all our phone
numbers are on line and easily available while other RCs do not post direct
worker direct contact info.
D. Alisha suggested possibility of Zoom meetings to make it easier for Concord to attend. We also discussed possibility of video conferencing between the offices for bargaining committees.

IV. COPE:
1. Contra Costa Update: Eric gave a brief review
2. Alameda Representatives needed

V. DD Council
1. Report back from Zoom conference: Jeff reported on legislative goals,
likelihood of increased funding for vendor rates.
2. June Council San Jose 6/1/19. Jeff and Alicia to attend.

VI. LMC:
A. Report Back from Maria and Mike: LMC is working on employee
performance evaluations, safety and Work at home were discussed.
Maria is on a contract study group about WAH, accessing office remotely.

A. Ballot Materials/Election Procedure ready.
B. Study Groups/Committees are forming

IX. Steward Reports
Brian: a CM received a written reprimanded memo for not adequately
documenting client financial transactions. There will be another performance
meeting with the supervisor.
Brian: Physician is being accused of "conflict of interest." Parent contacted
physician to ask why her child was deemed ineligible for RCEB. Physician
requested clients chart, her supervisor denied it, but she was able to get a copy of
the chart. Physician then helped the family write a letter in support for Disability
Rights.
Dana: member calling meeting with their supervisor about interpersonal issues
between the two which seemed to get worked out.
