We have reached a tentative agreement for the Ashen Dental chapter! Your Bargaining Team strongly recommends a YES vote of this Tentative Agreement.

We have reached a Tentative Agreement for a FOUR-YEAR CONTRACT retroactive July 1, 2021, that includes:

Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) increases:

• $0.50 – July 1, 2021
• $0.50  - July 1, 2022
• $0.50  - July 1, 2023
• $0.50  - July 1, 2024
• Added provision for payment to employees with ten or more years of service to receive a one-time increase of $.45 per hour effective on the ratification of the agreement.

Other highlights:

• A new section to the agreement was added concerning mailers containing the same language contained in the current contract between Local 1021 and Ashen Dental
• The sick leave provisions should be changed to comply with the State of California requirements
