Contract Highlights:

  • Contract term: three years, retroactive to March 1, 2022 through February 2025

  • Wages: 10% wage increase, effective November 16, 2022 and a bonus equal to a 10% increase for all hours worked during that period covering March 1 to November 15, plus a wages-only contract negotiation for the third year (to be scheduled)

  • Many improvements to our contract including new contract language around:

    • mutual respect

    • mileage reimbursements,

    • removing outdated disciplinary actions,

    • flex time,

    • sexual harassment protections,

    • mental health time,

    • PPE,

    • bilingual compensation and

    • emergency-call language

Voting will be online Tuesday, Nov. 29 and Wednesday, Nov. 30, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
