We Have a Tentative Agreement!
Now it's time to vote.
EBI Wages Ratification Vote
The East Bay Innovations Bargaining Team is proud to announce we
have completed bargaining wages for our new three-year
contract.
New Contract Expiration Date
We have a new contract expiration date. Our contract
will begin November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2028.
New increases in the contract will be dispersed on the first
check of the pay period following ratification of the new
contract.
The wages are as follows and RETROACTIVE to November 1, 2025
Year 1 – Job Coach – 8.5%
Year 1 – All other(s)- 5%
Year 2 – 3%
Year 3 – 3%
Cross-Training Up-Lift Pay
CDS, ILS, SES, SLS, TCCM
If a bargaining unit employee is asked to train another employee
(staff or management), or have another employee shadow them
(staff or management), then said employee shall receive the
increased Cross-Training Up-Lift of $0.75 (seventy-five cents)
per hour in addition to their regular rate-of-pay during the
scheduled training time.

Termination Policy / Investigation Policy
Additionally, we made some minor changes to the termination /
investigation policy process (internally) which included
wordsmithing on reports to the union, and notification to the
union when there is a possible termination of employment of any
employee covered by the union contract. The union will be
provided with details in writing of termination(s) prior to
discharge and/or investigation(s) prior to
meeting(s).
Ratification Vote Details
We will be voting online on Thursday, December 11 and Friday,
December 12. Voting will close at 4 p.m. on Friday, December
12. The East Bay Innovations Bargaining Team recommends
voting YES on this Tentative Agreement.
