Tentative Agreement Summary
Your bargaining team is pleased to announce that we have a tentative agreement with management!
- Term: Through December 31, 2026

Wages: Guaranteed 3% COLA upon ratification
- Possible .5% COLA in fiscal years 2025-6 and 2026-7 for every additional $1 million of unrestricted and ongoing funding
- One-time stipends: $2,500 plus a 1% of yearly salary upon ratification
- LPA will receive premium pay for working as a Courtroom Clerk 1st chair after 6 hours (currently it is 24 hours)
- Increases to vision plan and bilingual pay
- One-time personal holiday day (to use as a floater before December 31, 2025)
Voting will take place online Friday through Monday, so keep an
eye on your personal email. The bargaining team recommends a YES
vote!
