09/17/24 Bargaining update #5 

We need to stop taking our pictures at the beginning of the day. We were NOT smiling after meeting with the Administration and receiving their package proposal.  After rejecting seven of our proposals, they offered the following package:

• 2-year term
• 4% year 1, 2% year 2
• 1 extra floating holiday, effective until January 1
• Realtime, 10% for national and state certifications and 3% for administered tests (Court Reporters)
• Plus all of our other tentative agreements
