Management tried to lay hundreds of people off to save 34 million dollars. We fought them off.

Now, they’re trying to take 106 million out of our members, with furlough days, increased healthcare costs, and asking you to give up your COLA, but they can’t even tell us why they want so much more! They’re also trying to go back on a contract that they themselves signed!

We have tried time and again to work with them to find fixes, but they have been uninterested, unwilling, and unprepared to work with us. Come to Highland to tell the Trustees: This. Has. To. STOP!
