- We secured significant across-the-board wage increases:
- 4% COLA on 7/1/2026
- 4% COLA on 7/1/2027
- Health Insurance:
- Cafeteria Option for Employee Only and employees that opt out of the City H/I plan
- Additional $200/mo. for Employee + 1
- Additional $300/mo. for Famil
- Bilingual pay increased to $60 per pay period
- Standby pay increased to $5 per hour
“It was a long and involved process, but I think in the end everyone is very happy with the contract agreed upon and approved by the membership,” said Matt Davis, bargaining team member.
