During my 16 years working at CCWD, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with staff across all departments, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges we face and the value we bring to our organization. I am running to be part of the union contract bargaining team because I believe in advocating for fair and equitable working conditions for all members.
I bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit to the table. I’m committed to listening to the concerns of our members, representing them with integrity, and negotiating for improvements that reflect our collective needs—whether it’s fair compensation, job security, or workplace safety.
I believe that a strong contract is built on unity, communication, and respect. If elected, I will work diligently to ensure our voices are heard and our priorities are addressed.
Thank you for your support.

I’m running for vice president and Bargaining Team. I’m running for these positions because we need to fight to get paid a respectable wage and yearly cola. I truly believe if we come together as a team we finally can get the wage we deserve. Management isn’t going to just hand it to us we have to fight for what we want. I will fight for everyone tell we get what we deserve. I would appreciate all your votes for these positions. Thank you.
