2025: Time to vote on a new HPSJ contract
IT’S TIME TO VOTE!
Your bargaining team has negotiated a great contract for you!
The benefits include:
- 2% COLA upon ratification
- 1% COLA July 1, 2027
(These COLAs are in addition to your annual merit increases)
- 4% bilingual pay
- 67.5% employer contribution toward family health insurance
- 4% employer contribution to your 401(a)
- $5,000 tuition reimbursement for FT and up to $2,000 for PT
- $1.50/hr additional pay for members that are required to work in-office
Electronic voting will take place October 21, 5 a.m. – October 23, 9 p.m. You will get an email/text when it’s time to vote on your contract.
