HealthRIGHT 360: We have a tentative agreement!
We’ve secured a strong 3-year tentative agreement with HR360
with across-the-board wage increases, improvements in dependent
and family medical benefits, & more.
Over the last week, we’ve had individual worksite meetings and a
large statewide meeting to discuss and celebrate the gains we’ve

This follows the November 2 action, where at least 60 members supported each other and shared their frustration with the lack of progress in bargaining due to the District’s ongoing refusal to raise wages above the bare minimum.

As we move into the holiday season, there is much to celebrate and rejoice over. Unions are winning their strongest contracts yet in school districts across Northern California. And, while several districts remain in bargaining, there is good reason to think that the positive trend of historic contracts will continue through to the new year!
