HealthRIGHT 360: We have a tentative agreement!
We’ve secured a strong 3-year tentative agreement with HR360
with across-the-board wage increases, improvements in dependent
and family medical benefits, & more.
Over the last week, we’ve had individual worksite meetings and a
large statewide meeting to discuss and celebrate the gains we’ve
made in this tentative agreement. Strong agreements like
these are proof of what we can accomplish when we exercise our
union power.

Labor Management Committee: Tips & Traps
Group Classes Via Zoom
Thursday, March 7, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Labor Management Committees (LMCs) can be a useful strategy for representing members’ interests when new issues arise mid-contract. On the downside, LMCs can be a way for management to appear to listen without actually doing anything, tying up important issues in endless investigation/conversation. At their worst, LMCs can be utilized by management to delay or divide the union. No prior LMC experience is needed to participate in a 1.5-hour Zoom discussion on the tips and traps of LMCs.
