We Are Getting Ready to Bargain Our Contract
“Instead of helping Nurses who don’t have a union and could benefit from one, CNA is leafletting our hospital, trying to get RNs to sign cards to decertify and end our existing union contract!”

Building for the FutureSEIU Nurses
statewide, have a track record of improving the public health care
system with wages, benefits and staffing laws that help the whole
health care team. Right now at Alameda County Medical Center, CNA is
attempting to stop SEIU RNs’ fight for a better contract.
Some nurses may have received a mailing from CNA. Now CNA staff have
been distributing flyers on our floors, with appeals to join their
union.
Don’t fall for it and don’t sign anything.
