  • All workers and their families live and work in dignity and respect.
  • Our Union works with the communities we serve, our labor allies, and employers toward our common goals.
  • Working people engage in the democratic process and exercise their collective voice at a local, state, and national level.
  • Our neighbors support and advocate for the critical public services we provide.

OUR VALUES for how we will act include:
  • Being accountable and responsive to the needs of our members.
