Issue Organizing
3 sessions, 2.5 hours (7.5 hours total)
Do you keep running into the same disciplinary situations at your worksite? Does management keep pulling the same contract violations with impunity? If so, then you may have an issue around which to organize. Turning individual cases into a group cause is the basis of issue organizing, and this course will show you how to evaluate the problem, identify leaders, plan an action, and make it happen. Building union power means making workers a force for employers to reckon with before they try anything. This course will show you how.
